An agency CRM that reports the numbers you actually manage.

Quote-to-bind by producer, retention, renewals due in the next 30 days and lead-source ROI — from your own rows. The pack is in build; the waitlist is open.

The insurance agency pack is not built yet. It is Phase 4 of our build order and there is no date on it. What you can use today is listed below and labelled; joining the waitlist gets you the build notes and the first invitations, and nothing else.

What the pack adds

None of this exists yet. It is written down so you can judge whether it is the product you want before you spend a minute on it.

  • Policy register

Policies as first-class records with carrier, product line, premium and commission, sitting under the household they belong to.

  • Renewal reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days

Courtesy touches ahead of an x-date, born switched off, deduplicated so a re-run never sends twice. They never stand in for a carrier's statutory notice.

  • Producer scorecards

Quote-to-bind ratio, new business written and retention per producer, measured against the goal you set rather than against last month.

  • Book-of-business import

Clients, policies and agreements imported with column mapping, deduplicated on normalised email, phone and policy number, every run recorded.

  • Sensitive custom fields

Date of birth, licence number and current carrier as encrypted fields on the record, with household and x-date alongside them.

Available today on the platform

These are live today, and they are described in the words this trade uses rather than rebuilt for it: the platform every workspace runs on, not the insurance agency pack. The pack is the list above and none of it exists yet.

  • Quote-to-bind by lead source

The marketing report crosses source with stage, so you can see how many enquiries from each referral partner or campaign reached a quote and how many were won — bound, in your language. Per producer is a pack surface and is not built; per source is live.

  • Your client list, imported today

Up to 2000 rows a run, each validated on its own so a bad line is reported rather than failing the batch, deduplicated on normalised email and phone against what is already there — re-importing the same file inserts nothing. It imports people; policies and agreements arrive with the pack.

  • Carrier and x-date as facts on the file

A client record takes labelled facts you name yourself — carrier, policy number, x-date — with dated commitments beside them, and every lead carries a next action and the date it is due. These are plain fields you keep by hand: the typed, encrypted policy record and the reminders that key off it are in the pack.

  • Pipeline and CRM

Every enquiry in one board from the first call to the policy won, with the contact, the notes and the source that produced it on the record. The stage names are the platform's own; the trade vocabulary is what the pack adds.

  • Invoices and Stripe pay links

Agency and service fees become Stripe pay links on their own, confirmed by Stripe's webhook rather than by the payer's browser reaching a success page. Premium collection stays where it belongs, with the carrier.

  • Client portal under your name

One private page per policyholder for documents, invoices and status, carrying your agency's name rather than ours.

  • Follow-ups that run without you

Rules and templates on a nightly engine: a lead that has gone quiet is nudged at two, five and ten days and closed at fourteen, an unanswered proposal expires, and every send is deduplicated so a re-run never mails twice. Renewal timing itself is a pack surface, listed above.

  • Unsubscribe, consent and suppression

Every commercial email carries a working unsubscribe link and your agency's postal address. Consent is recorded against the contact with the method it came through, and an unsubscribe suppresses the address for every automation that would email it, not only the one they clicked from.

  • Reports that reconcile

What you collected and what you did, over a period you choose, bucketed in your agency's own timezone and shown in its own currency. Premium written and retention by product line are pack surfaces and are not built.

  • Where the work comes from

Nightly rollups attribute leads and revenue back to what produced them — the referral partner, the campaign, the form — first touch and last, with what you spent set against them.

What buyers ask

Is this a replacement for my AMS?
No, and it does not pretend to be. Carrier downloads, comparative rating and ACORD forms belong to the agency management system — Applied Epic, EZLynx, HawkSoft — and that stays the system of record. This is the sales and service layer in front of it: pipeline, renewals, producer numbers, lead-source ROI. For a solo or small agency running on spreadsheets it may be all you need.
When does the insurance pack ship?
It is Phase 4 of our build order, after the reporting and compliance work it depends on. We are not promising a date. The waitlist gets the build notes and the first invitations.
Can I bring my book across?
Import of clients, policies and agreements ships with the pack. Today the importer handles leads only, capped per run and deduplicated on normalised email and phone.
Are the renewal reminders compliant?
They are courtesy reminders and are described that way on the page and in the message. A carrier's statutory notice remains the carrier's. Every commercial email the platform sends already carries a working unsubscribe link and a postal address.
Will you text my policyholders?
Only on your own Twilio number, only to a contact with recorded consent, and STOP is honoured everywhere. 10DLC registration is yours to hold. There is no dialer here and there will not be one.
What can I use today, before the pack?
The general platform: pipeline, invoicing and Stripe pay links, the client portal, automated follow-ups with unsubscribe and suppression, reports, and lead-source attribution (switched on per workspace) — including quote-to-bind by source, a 2000-row-per-run import of your client list, and carrier, policy number and x-date kept as labelled facts on the file. What is missing is the insurance vocabulary and the policy, renewal and producer surfaces listed above.
